We’re Erin and Shawn, a husband-and-wife team with a shared love for crafting, collecting, and curating meaningful home décor. What started as a simple passion for creating and discovering beautiful things has grown into a small business rooted in creativity, family, and community.

Our story began at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas — the rodeo capital of the world — and we’ve been building a life (and now a business!) together ever since. With two kids and a whole lot of inspiration, we pour love and intention into everything we do.

At Neighborhood Finds, our goal is simple:
To bring you thoughtfully made and carefully selected pieces that spark joy, add charm to your space, and support other artisans along the way. From vintage treasures with a story to handcrafted goods made with heart, we believe the small things really do make a big difference.
